Individual Event

• Matt Mitchell - 3rd in the 8M category
• Tim Owens - 2nd in the 9M category
• Mark Oliver - 3rd in the 9M category

Honorable mentions for Morgan Mitchell and Charlotte Hilliard, who placed 4th in their categories.

Fun Team Event

• Matt Mitchell was a member of the 2nd-placed Team F

Fidelity Integrated Rising Star Award

• Charlotte Hilliard was presented with this award, which recognises consistent effort in

up-and-coming racers.

The second round of the Snowsport South (SRSA) 2013 race series was held on Saturday 25th May. Full results are available on the SRSA website.

Highlights for the Bowles team:

Individual Events

• Joshua Wakeling - 3rd in Male 9-10
• Jamie Oliver - 3rd in Male 11-12
• Charlotte Hilliard - 1st in Female 13-14
• Jack Hilliard - 3rd in Male 15-16
• Tim Owens - 3rd in Male 31-49
• Mark Oliver - 2nd in Male 50+ (beaten to 1st by 0.03s on the last run!)

Honorable mentions to Michael Roberts, Oliver Turner-Moore and Nigel Hilliard, all of whom placed 4th in their age groups, and to Chris Owens who was fastest Bowles skier overall but missed out in his age group.

Club Team Event

• The Bowles team of Michael Roberts, Sebastian Turner-Moore and Joshua Wakeling were 2nd in the

11-and-Under team event (unfortunately no medals!)

Fun Team Event

Kian Blewett, Michael Roberts and Andrew Owens were part of the 2nd-placed fun team.

Mark Oliver was 2nd in the Male 50+ category.

Honorable mention for Charlotte Hilliard, who was 4th in the Female 13-14 category.

The first race of the LSERSA summer series was held at Bowles on 5th May. The club had fantastic results, with 9 of our racers collecting a grand total of 13 medals!

Individual Event

• Harris Mitchell - 2nd in group 1M.
• Charlotte Hilliard - 3rd in group 4F.
• Jack Hilliard - 2nd in group 6M.
• Matt Mitchell - 2nd in group 8M.
• Tim Owens - 2nd in group 9M.

Club Team Event

• The Bowles team of Charlotte Hilliard, Jack Hilliard, Christopher Owens, Tim Owens and Mark Oliver

were 2nd.

Fun Team Event

• Jack Hilliard was a member of the winning "Team E".
• Nigel Hilliard and Matt Mitchell were members of the 3rd placed "Team F".

Honorable mention

• Morgan Mitchell and Nigel Hilliard both placed 4th in their age groups.
